Parsley for Oily Skin

Eat one or two sprigs of flat leaf Italian parsley a day to prevent oily skin.

I wish someone would have told me that 40 years ago.

Choose the thicker stemmed parsley and make sure it’s not too wet in the middle or too dirty. Cut the bottom of the stems off like you would for fresh flowers.

Store it in the fridge standing up in one inch of water and covered loosely with plastic. Check it once a week, re-cut the stems and change the water.
